I have heard this lady speak and she really knows her stuff and has a story to tell!  She really walks her talk.  She has a few books out now, but you can check out her website and/or sign up for her email which always includes a receipe!


Nightcap Cocktail

½ cup carrot-celery juice (about equal parts)
½ teaspoon Cream of Tarter
½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt

Mix all the ingredients and drink before bed and again in the morning.

Why this recipe helps you deal with stress and sleep better:
• Freshly made carrot-celery juice.  Carrot juice gives the liver the glucose it needs to regenerate in the night–a glucagon deficiency can wake you up. Celery juice is high in sodium; celery helps you relax.
